Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Malaysia.
Do you ship on weekends or public holidays?
No, we process and ship orders only on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Malaysian public holidays.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition. Please contact us to begin a return.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
